Amelia serves up THE best coffee and iced tea in LA. That's a pretty bold statement, but I always get both when I go there because I can never decide between the 2. My favorites are the cappuccino and the peach nectar-sweetened iced tea. I get my nails done across the street every week or every other week and I always have to make a run to Amelia's. The service here is also top rate --- they are super nice. The only thing I can complain about is that the area is super busy and parking can be hard to find. Try the metered lot in back of American Apparel across the street.

If you are in the mood for a mouth watering and addictive sandwich there's no better place than Amelia's in Santa Monica on Main Street. The sandwich is prepared fresh in front of your eyes and definately made special just for you. The family that owns the coffee shop will remember you when you come back. Very personal and friendly. I love this place!

Stopped in here for a huge salad and soup on a Sunday afternoon. Both were wonderful. Staff was also very friendly even though we got there near closing time. Very casual atmosphere right on Main St. next to the motel.

Whenever we're in the Santa Monica area, we make it a point to get to Amelia's before all that wonderful homemade soup & those delicious meatballs are gone! A truly marvelous dining experience by the wife, husband and son that make you feel like you're part of their family. Great made to order Italian sandwiches, drinks, pastries and more at very reasonable prices!

You can't find any better. Along with beautifully presented food is - homestyle at its best. Perfectly prepared as you order. The family - father, mother and son take pride in their homemade product and enjoy doing so for all that eat at their wonderful establishment. Take it from me; you can't find any better.
