Excellent Food & Service!
I have eaten at Amazon many times over the past few years. I absolutely love their Black Salmon - the sauce is incredible! The staff is usually very attentive and service is pretty good overall. I like the rain forest theme.. it's relaxing and dimly lit in the evening - perfect for a date! I do have to say one thing though; in the summer time it's way too hot inside because their AC seems more like a swamp cooler.. that's the only bummer, otherwise it's fantastic.

A little kitsch
This place is a little kitsch with the "amazon" theme running in and out of the restaurant. We went there to watch the game and had some drinks and appetizers at the bar. The appetizers were pretty good and the drinks were nice and strong. Our bartender was also pretty cool. Don't know that I would go there for dinner, though.
