Excellent
After a long conversation with a Venice local originally from Pakistan (36 years hence) , a list was devised of the top Indo/Pakistan chow stations in the city, and near the top was Al-Watan. The Nahari spicy beef in a rich shimmering sauce did not disappoint, and the clay oven (always essential) left a strong imprint in the flavors of the kebabs. One comes here for authentic food, not atmosphere. When welcomed warmly, given good service, and excellent food, I could not be more satisfied with my first visit.

Laziz
Fantastic food. If you crave for original, spicy Pakistani/Indian punjabi food, this is the place to go in LA area. Don't cry about service or atmosphere or location or parking. Delicious food is your goal and that is this place. Laziz spicy pujabi food.

amazing chicken Tikka
This is the most awesome Kabab place... I cannot stress the great taste of their kababs and chicken tikka, especially the boneless one. A very welcoming group of folks makes it a wonderful palce ot eat. The price is really nothing compared to other Mughlai restaurants.
