Quality Indian Food
The Akbar Chain bought out a number of Indian restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area some years ago. Akbar prides itself on some specialty dishes that one may not be able to get at other Indian restaurants in the area. The food here is better than average, but short of excellent. Patrons can not go wrong with the Akbar versions of Tandoori Chicken, Tikka Masala or Vindaloos. As for the specialty dishes, I found them a bit lacking in flavor.
