Go-to spot for a quick slice or full pie

One of the best pizza's in West LA. Crispy hand-tossed New York style pizza. Generous toppings, light sauce, wide, thin, and foldable slices. Fast Delivery....Authentic New York style pizza outside of the New York metro area.

    Horrid Delivery, Abominable service

That's funny. The scenario Rick described sounds exactly like what happened when I ordered APC last Friday. The girl on the phone tells me 45 to an hour. At an hour and fifteen, I call and they tell me it's on it's way. However, my delivery guy actually showed, but not til and hour and a half. No tip. And then the pizza was dried out already because it had probably been in the drivers back seat for 45 minutes. F-ing useless piles of crap that manage that place. The owner should take his head out of his rear and get some managers with real restaurant experience.

    Awful, Awful Service- Worst Delivery

Ordered from Abbott's earlier. They told us that delivery would take 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and fifteen later I call. They tell us it's on the way. Still no pizza an hour and forty-five minutes after I had placed the order. I call back. They put me on hold while they call the delivery guy. Four minutes later they tell me it should be another ten to fifteen minutes. I ask if they can do anything about the egregious time lapse. I get put on hold for eight minutes, then hung up on. I call back. The manager gets on, tells me that he has no recollection of making my pizza or sending the order out. Nothing is coming. So, to recap, lied to twice about it being on it's way, on hold for almost as long as I was waiting, and in the end they tell us nothing's coming and that they can send a free pizza, but not tonight. I'd have to call back and place another order on a different day. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've had outside of dealing with Amtrak. And for those of you who ride Amtrak, you know how bad that actually is.

    top pizza

Totally satisfied. Real New York pizza owned by new york brothers. The crust is bagel crust dipped in sesame seeds, poppy seeds, you get the picture. You will be returning to this place without a doubt. Total satisfaction in every slice. They have a large choice of pizzas.
